The Government of Sashastra Seema BAL(SSB) Recruitment Board is now inviting ASI and Constable  posts through SSB Recruitment 2013 Notification. Their are total 138 SSB Vacancy posts which are available 28 Posts for Assistant Sub Inspector Steno ASI Stenographer, and 110 Posts for Head Constable  Vacancy  in SSB Recruitment Board. The age limit of the candidates applying for the SSB Vacancy posts should have age above 18 years and not exceeding 25 years as on 01-08-2013 and relaxation of age is applicable as per the government rules. The Educational qualification of the aspirant should be 10+2 from any recognized University/Institute for getting recruited through SSB Notification 2013. Eligibility Criteria :-

Age Limit :- Age limit of  the candidate should be in between 18 years to 25 years as on 01-08-2013 and relaxation of age is applicable as per government rules

Educational Qualification :- The candidates should pass 10+2 from any recognized University/Institute

Selection Process :- The candidates selection is done by consist of Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test, Skill Test (Typing Test) on computer and Medical Examination. The final selection list will be prepared in order of merit, category wise, after completion of Review Medical Examination followed by Interview

Application Fee :- The candidates belonging to General and OBC Category will be required to pay Rs. 50/- as application fee in the form of Bank Draft/IPO. SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. The Bank Draft/IPO can be prepared in favor of “Accounts Officer, SSB, SHQ HQ, Ranidanga,” payable at SBI Branch, Siliguri (WB) Code-0184.
